I honestly don't know about a law suit. I've never been involved in one that was related to a stock I owned. Maybe someone else will have some thoughts.

On the positive side, they did get additional funding, without creating more shares and diluting the stock. And they did reveal the problem on the basis of internal information, not because of any external pressures.

I hoped that the stock hit bottom at 2, but now it's at 1-3/4. Ouch.
