OTHER INFO:
CVIA is a "turn-around" situation. The "old management" left it in a very bad situation (See 10-Q filed for Aug 20).
CVIA interim CEO Jack Arnold just took the helm about 3 months ago.
CVIA has received several offers to Merge (See Press Releases).
CVIA just announced that they have a signed Letter of Interest.
CVIA is a REPORTING company (files 10-Qs, 10-Ks, etc with SEC).
CVIA has virtually NO debt.
CVIA is a "shell corp" in many respects, but it DOES have ASSETS.
(Owns interest in 2 small companies - See Press Releases)
CVIA has a $2 Million "loss carry forward" that could be of benefit to a merging partner depending on the details involved. This could be worth $600,000 CASH under the right circumstances.
CVIA has about 14 companies that make a market in its stock.
CVIA is keeping shareholders informed at each step of the process.
CVIA share price is near the 52 week low.
CVIA has indicated that they want to get a Merger done "as quickly as is reasonably possible."
CVIA says "virtually all the remaining debentures have been converted." So debenture conversion should NO LONGER slow up share appreciation.
CVIA interim CEO says, "Having purchased shares of Corporate Vision stock at over $.40 per share, I am acutely aware of the market fluctuations that have been experienced by my fellow CVI
shareholders. I am holding on to my shares..."

It looks to me like they could probably get a merger done quickly when it comes right down to it. If they get a good sized private company to merge, this could take a huge jump practically overnight.

How many stocks in this price range have this much going for them? That's why it looks good to me. Of course, nobody should invest until they have done their own DD. But this could be worth the DD time.

Best wishes,
Brad
