Following you guys with a buy of WILC. Profitable dink company selling at nca. About a $5.50 stock with, as previously mentioned, about $4 in cash. Stock buyback of $5M (about 10% of cash), if it happens, could reduce the float by maybe $5M/$6 = 830k shares or .83M/5.9M shares (Yahoo number), or 14%. Might make the stock more volatile. Otoh, could be a last-guy-standing kind of thing where insiders and remaining non-controlling shareholders benefit. finance.yahoo.com
