I have to say that Perry is talking about reducing gov't by removing gov't agencies wholesale. In his mind there are three that must be eliminated. That's a significant move......a monstrous move........and yet, he could not remember all three. Now I think that may be caused by one of three possibilities........he's just plain stupid and unprepared, can't think under pressure, or is in the early stages of Alzheimer's.

While I agree they are all human conditions or traits, I would not want a president of the US manifesting any one of those conditions while in office.........esp. the last one.......we've already done that one to not good results.
