I guess my feelings aren't that the legal stuff isn't important - just less important than the core business. With how fast technology is changing, it is increasingly to important to maintain good relationships with customers to understand their needs, focus and fund R&D to develop products to meet those needs, control your manufacturing process to provide a consistent quality product and CONTROL OVERHEAD, so that your costs are competitive. Take care of the above and you'll due great.

I sometimes feel from their press releases that their focus is a defensive focus - both on a legal stance (protecting their technology rights) and in a product standpoint. If they'd done a better job of researching the needs of their customers and communicating with them, the new products they began to introduce late last year would have achieved acceptance more quickly and we wouldn't be holding a stock that's fallen out of favor with the market.
