It is more important that the people can take what he did as a joke or not. Right now, they aren't. They think that Gingrich is more of a serious candidate than he is. And you know that these folks who are primary voters can tolerate a joke when they push Cain to the numbers he is enjoying even though Cain jumped in so that he could sell his book.

Cain better watch out for Gloria Alred. She ruined the chances for many candidates. And she would not have asked her client to go public if she thought that her client did not have a chance.
