Elizabeth: ISGI's reverse split is a result of the reverse acquisition
by TWT. Visit the Reverse Acquisition URL posted by Jason earlier in
this thread to see the explanation on why the reverse split becomes
a necessary step in the process.

A lot of doomsayers keep on picking on the fact that TWT has no earnings
history and therefore the company is unviable and will fail and the
stock price will fall to zero. Aren't we all making our investment
decisions based on the potentials of the company or did we bought into
ISGI, which we all know is a money losing company in the first place
in order that we can go broke. If you bought into ISGI because of the profit
potentials of TWT, then ask yourself what has changed now? Has the profit
potentials for TWT suddenly taken a turn for the worse? Have they
projected that they are not going to make the turnaround this quarter
or that their revenue projections of $70+ miilion for calender year 1996
improving to $150+ million for calender 1997 will not be met after all?
If nothing's changed, then why all the panic? Now that the number of
outstanding shares have been reduced to only 5.7 million shares what is
there left for the MM's to manipulate. Even if all the Preferred's were
converted we may have an additional 5 miilion o/s making a total of
maybe 11 million o/s. It just do not make sense for MM's to manipulate
stocks with miniscual o/s of 11 million shares.

As to your two other reverse split, I am sorry to hear about it but
were they having the split because of falling revenues/earnings or because
of a reverse acquisition. They mean completely different things. One is
heading towards zero while the other has the potentials.

Regards, Ben
