Why would AMAT (A very smart Co. IMO) pay $30 million for a NON-EXCLUSIVE license to Trikon (etch Tech)?? The entire market cap of TRKN is barely 30 mill. Why wouldn't they just buy the co - thus shutting out the Japanese and LAM?? I don't understand.
