NEWPORT, R.I., Nov. 20 /PRNewswire/ -- Netmaster Group, Inc.
(OTC Bulletin Board: NETZ) issued a statement today in response to numerous
inquiries. Thomas Burgess, President and CEO of echoMEDIA Technology, Inc.,
Netmaster's principal subsidiary, said "During the past two weeks the company
has announced numerous agreements and therefore has been deluged with e-mail
and telephone requests for information." Mr. Burgess said, "While Madison
Avenue and the advertising industry have been well aware for some time of
NETZ's capabilities and leading edge technology, the investment community
has only recently become aware of our business plans and the precise three
faceted spectrum of our business -- Advertising, Internet commerce and
automotive data systems."
"We have been also been actively interviewing investment banking firms and
expect to announce a firm shortly. NETZ also expects to seek a full
listing on either the American Stock Exchange or NASDAQ National Listing."
NETZ said it expects to announce additions to the Boards of NETZ and
echoMEDIA next week. NETZ's current management includes alumni of DEC,
Arthur Anderson and BMW.
