Gut the military industrial complex, end the wars, end the Bush tax cuts, take Tom Coubirn's report that would take $350B of fraud, waste and inefficiency of the federal budget plus another $100B directly out of medicare and start creating 250k jobs a month to 'solve' the 'crisis'.. Another way of putting it get revenue to GDP back to what was when Clinton left office as well as expenditures line by line. You should be near 19% of GDP on each. We are at like 25% on expenses and 15% on revenues these days..
