Of course the Narcissistic sociopath Holder isn't sorry. He is only sorry HE got caught. The aim of this program was to restrict the 2nd Amendment be causing death and destruction in Mexico and then trace the weapons back the US with the BATF looking like they weren't the gun runners. This is the exact same operation described by Odumbo the Criminal of the American People to Sarrah Brady...yes we are going after gun rights...but under the radar. This goes to the top...Odumbo behind bars ASAP!
