Not sure about the rumors. I've heard it all. Don't believe anything anymore. Best thing to do now is hit the pressure point. As shareholders top management has to get the stock price up. At this time it's not so we should all call Joe Stephan and let him know we're unhappy. Drazen should be unhappy. His investment is up 100% from two years ago but he has no liquidity if he wants to sell his 4MM. He got a 100bagger from Stratacom. If I were here and the 4MM shares X 2 bucks=8MM meant something to me I'd want to see a bigger return and it's Joe's responsibility to show me the return. The worst of it is that the TMN space is a 2Billion market and Vertel really does have a shot at grabbing an large portion of it if they can exececute in 1998. I know that Vertel management knows this and not sure if Stephan and the board understand this. It's our job as shareholders to make sure they know this. Good Luck Adam
