The WSTL deal was the "deal before the deal". We've been talking for this entire year about a multi 100K line, or larger deal from GTE. In other words "the entire ranch" deal. This deal announced with GTE was for 1000 test lines. Some difference.

They may again get the GTE deal, but they don't have it NOW. It's more waiting.
