It is apparent that TWT is doing a reverse takeover of ISGI. And this has been known by the MM's since the beginning. These companies had to consult with IB's and lawyers about this...Lents did not come up with this plan all by himself. And DON'T tell me that this did not leak out. It did, and the MM's have been playin' this stock like a fiddle! Why do you think that the stock has not gone up when good news came out? Because the "boys" knew that this stock was ripe for a reverse split and takeover...and until all the cards were layed out, they were not going to move. Now they are, and the stock will begin to show it. Things will be uncertain for the near future as the last chapter of ISGI is written. But after that, we will be trading a Telecom named TWT (TWTI). And the IB's and grand investors will move into the stock and take it by force! I like the line from John Flint..."If you build it, they will come"! It is true and the Team is on the way.
