The CEO of GRRF and another has submitted a buyout offer for Grentech at $3.10 (close $2.56). They already hold 33% of the company. fwiw finance.yahoo.com Lot of gibberish at the end: There can be no assurance that any definitive offer will be made, that any agreement will be executed or that this or any other transaction will be approved or consummated. With a book value over ten, I'd hoped it would go for more, but I am disappointed.
