I spoke to the bankruptcy trustee in Michigan after your note on here, you are correct Digital gas is indeed in Chapter 7 Bankruptcy. The trustee has closed the file so we are not sure what to do next. I personally think Smith saw the potential of the quarry, I think the problem is he could never raise the funds to get it to the stage where it needs to be to sell. Smith always seemed to have too many balls in the air and could not concentrate on one deal. I am not here to bash him, he did have his faults, we all do in my opinion. ragingbull.quote.com
