Q: Tell me about your conference. A: I’ve been thinking, writing, and broadcasting for a while that were in a really textbook time. What’s happening right now geopolitically is going to be in the textbooks that my grandchildren read, in the same way we read about the Great Depression. I don’t mean they are parallel situations but the same kind of pivotal event. I think the outcome of that for individuals is they have to realize that the welfare state as they know it has ended.
