the number ought to be less, probably is less, but blown up by congressman w/ agenda

he may be counting the days sums were outstanding, i.e. 20 bil for two days is 40 bil

but if so, the number would sound low

i do not know what sanders is talking about, other than getting the sense that the number is big

16 tril is not big, 16 tril is beyond comprehension
