Telephonics: "What I object to is the guaranteed $39,000 salary increase each year which has no performace factor tied to it." While some may think $39,000 is excessive I have more trouble with the ethics of such a move at this time. As we well know (tongue-in-cheek) Inflation is rampant and perhaps its just a cost of living increse. If I owned a company I would perhaps think $39,000 is small potatoes compared to giving myself a $75,000+ raise. For all I know some of the peoples there are putting in 80 hour weeks. I just hope SYCR rewards those of us who are in for the long term.
