When you kill terrorist you are relieved as to where to keep them or what to do with them. I don't remember any campaign promises that stated if elected all terrorist would be killed instead of captured and tortured. I guess killing them is more civilized. At one point there is an out cry to do away with all death penalties and on the other terrorist are no longer captured but killed. George Orwell missed that one. Under this administration it is guaranteed terrorist will no lionger be be water boarded, tortuted or held with out due cause. That you can count on.
