Watched Gloria Allred yesterday on CNN. She was superb. In her view Mrs. Cain has to believe in her husband instead of believing the women. If she believed the women, then she would not remain married to him.

After watching her, I thought about the situation with Schwaznegger when he was a candidate for Guv and was accused of groping. His wife went on TV to proclaim that he was not the groper. And then after he finished out his term as Guv, the story about his fathering a child became public. So how much is Cain's strategy of bringing his wife to support him is going to be effective is up in the air. On the contrary it reinforces the perception that he is hiding something and is going the extra mile to conceal it.
