Al, Dave H, Doug R--- GAT

PHFC announced a special dividend of $2.50 to be paid to record
holders as of Dec. 5. This might have been the cause of the gap.
Would you stop considering PHFC as a good candidate for a GAT?

With CYFN merging with CICS that leaves PIR as the only good
candidate from the original 3 GATers?? A full service brokerage
firm recommends PIR for purchase up to $21.25 with a short term
target of $24.00. That would confirm Doug R's suggestion of
waiting for $24.50 as a buy point for PIR, provided it meets all
the GAT qualifications.

It takes 3 weeks or so before it hits the buy point; how long before
a GAT hits the sell point?
