Kurt How about that? Took the Street about half a day to come to agree with me. Problem I see is that TXN's really big customer for the C6 is COMS/USRX. USRX will be doing DMT ADSL with that chip the same as WSTL is now intending. If WSTL proceeds with a TI DSP implementation all they get is competition from a 2000 lb gorilla. Together WSTL/AMTX had the potential to be the 2000 lb gorilla. The breakup fee is nice though. Did you notice how ORCTF and AWRE did yesterday? More consolidation to come. IMO only. (Take a look at an ORCTF chart. Has it been on a roll or what?) Leo
