Ed Ajootian. It's just that when I do value a company on floating barrels of oil, I use a number much less than $100k per barrel. $100k/barrel seems very high to me, and I'll have to look closer to see what acquisitions are being done at to confirm.

I always look at floating barrels when I try to evaluate these small producers. Sometimes they fall into a value for me on that basis alone. Mostly not. With NNN, given that I use a dollar criterion substantially less than $100k/barrel, the company on my number is not a value buy. Looking at its assets though as you say, it is undervalued and a buy (for me, anyway), and I am in and holding. (a losing position for me at this time)
