Good point.

But I suppose everything is relative and there is a price for (almost) everything. If the P/B has gone down to 0.5, then a 8% ROE to the firm will become 16% to a shareholder. And as long as the mgmt doesn't do stupid expansion (of which return will still be below their cost of capital), that it would be good buy.

OK, I will just patiently wait...
