My Sincere thanks to David for his "due diligence" on the
behalf of all NVID shareholders.....The following narratives
describe his ideas on what went on at the meeting and the
observations, and more importantly...that the PRODUCTS
do exist...I am convinced we have a "gem" of a company
here..just waiting to burst out on the scene....If David has
more information to share, that info will get to you as soon
as possible. Again THANKS DAVE!!

PREVIOUS DAY REPORT......

Had a 3 hour meeting with Bunte and Klenovic, and were they ever
prepared!!!! I had asked Bob ahead of time to have as much "proof" of their
stories as possible so that you could properly and deservedly feed the
BBNS troops that march to the drums. I was just about on
overload by the time I left.

I don' t know how a second meeting between strangers could have
gone any better!!

I'll leave you with a summary impression. As soon as my broker opens in
the morning I will place an order for more stock. I offered to sign a
confidentiality agreement , but they felt comfortable enough to proceed without
it and I saw all the documentation for all the items we've all had questions
about......all of it!!!!!! ( but not a shred of insider information in the
process). Just the "proofs" we've been looking for. More tomorrow

NEXT DAY REPORT...................

Visit was much different than previous week. I think
they're liking and taking seriously my representing you. Bob (Bunte) , Matt
(Klenovic), and one other professional staff person and the secretary were all
there.

The phones never stopped ringing, sources being quite mixed. Three new
distributorships have been added and Matt is working on 20 plus new ones!!

When I arrived Bob was on the phone and invited me to listen in. Lengthy
call from
head of nationally significant "green" organization. Bob had initiated
original contact
thinking they would hail Microsafe's non-toxicity over products like Benetin
(sp?) and Lysol. He sure was right.

Also while I was there, a call was received from yet a 3rd "Fortune 200"
(all 3 are probably "Fortune 100" cos.). This one
from head of research and a Director of the co. (I was shown the names of and
correspondence from the other two). I know who they are as well as the identity
of audit firm, legal firm, patent attorney, and the firm enlisted to help make
the major, major marketing decisions regarding sale and distribution of the
various Microsafe formulas, of which there are a number (for different
applications).

In the hours I spent preparing for the visit, together with the 3
hours on Friday, the revelation regarding the numerous applications for both
products is truly overwhelming. For example, a marketing study they commissioned
to a well known person at a major university, just the summary for which is
about 70 pages, (I saw most of it and proof of identity of both), there were
projections for 13 different categories of uses. The dollar return for a
conservative 10% market penetration is sufficient enough to launch the company
into the big time and we stockholders into a whole new income category!

On another note, with the four people there I was able to discern an
obvious compatibility between them. They all work hard in an informal and
relaxed setting. Each is a thinker and a planner. the "wheels" are constantly
in motion. Very receptive to each others thoughts and ideas, including a couple
of mine. They're each excited and enthusiastic about their products and their
future.

Most importantly, I had no sense that any of this is getting away from
them. They each know full well that reaching their ultimate objectives is to
patiently take one small very well planned step at a time. And that is exactly
what they are doing. They unquestionably have their act together. This was
articulated and demonstrated in writing.

Finally, they are working on new uses and refinement for both products, still
on the drawing board, but a convincing demonstration of a willingness
and capability to address today's challenges and
at the same time anticipate those of the future.

In summary, it is my impression that they possess the talent , the mentality,
and the people to move this company to a much loftier position.

Other things I learned include:
1) There are no lawsuits involving the company
2) There has not even been an insurance claim on the ionizer
3) They have previous losses to offset future profits of about $600,000
4) There are 12 market makers that include Bear Stearns, Alexander Brown,
Paramount,
Paragon,etc.
5) Patents are pending on both products (I saw the paper work);
6) There will be another news release end of Sept. or beginning of October that
will contain financial information and a "Presidents Message"
7) This year's income will exceed the prior 4 years combined
8) There may be a second news release in the same time frame as the other
9) There is now ongoing discussion between the cos. attorneys
and "THE Big Three".
10) Microsafe currently being tested for its residual value, i.e.;
how long does it's effectiveness last;
11) Near certainty that Microsafe is going to be "fast tracked" through USDA at
little or no expense to company
12) Near certain that veterinarian product will be available by end of year
13) Lysol is toxic, Microsafe is not
14) For practical purposes Lysol takes too long to be effective in many
applications. Microsafe takes just seconds, thus far more practical.

I know I'll think of more. Will write when I do. Best regards, Dave.
