Other offering done on very good terms. I'd actually like to see them raise more and do a huge campaign on Clearwater. New zones are a game changer.

Had 13 mil in kitty, 10 by end of year so this is just to make sure they don't get screwed with. I would have figured they would have waited till 1.75+, but given these terms I'm ok. Stock should go to 1.75 in a month or less given where this offering took place.
