There is no spin involved. Both are correct on how you run your accounting.

You don't say Max(L1, L2, L3, ..., Ln) as the total of all Loans L1, L2, ... ,Ln. What that 16T is the total. Not the max on any day over a period. If you are Bankster, and if I am a customer and if I keep borrowing and paying back, say 100 times, and each time 10 B, how are you going to count my total loan as the Max of all the instances? My total load is 1T. That is how you get the 16T as the total.

But for Fed Bankster they can claim that at any time it is only 1T or whatever the way they reveal the number. In reality those Banksters who lived on constant rolling infusion of that liquidity drug , they could not have lived without that total of 16T.

please stay w/ the spin and ignore the facts, and see that the 16 tril is right in the first sentence sanders.senate.gov per sanders

but just in in-tray, a clarification

"Raw data from the audit, attached and at nowandfutures.com

The total was closer to $1T, when one pays attention to outstanding loans on a given day as opposed to just blindly totaling everything and ignoring that most loans were for less than a week."
