If you mean, have I applied for residency in Canada, the answer is no. My conclusion is based upon statements that Canada is adding to the number of Chinese immigrants, but does not expect to add to the number of total immigrants in 2012. That would seem to indicate that there is less room for other immigrants. atimes.com visabureau.com
