What do you mean by "the next one will be the real deal and last for the rest of our life sort of like what happened coming out of the post WW11 era.."? Do you believe it's going to be a rising real estate market for a long while? I wonder. It took 30 years to encumber most of the assets in the US. It'll take a very long time to delever.
