You believe buffet?

No.. I believe the market believes Buffet..

I believe he wants to trash the Euro even more so he can go in and buy the European stocks he wants even cheaper.

I'm afraid that the Europeans are quickly losing control over their own fate.

A major Japanese fund announced they have sold all their Spanish and Belgian bonds and will likely be looking to sell other European bonds.

The ONLY way out of this for Europe is for the ECB to monetize and undertake massive bond buying (QE Euro style). They don't have the legal mandate for this, and they don't seem inclined to do it anyway..

So if Germany and the stronger EU economies decide to secede from the Euro, maybe starting a "Nuvo-Euro" bloc, the existing Euro will plunge in value, thereby achieving the monetization required by the PIIGS.

Either way, that's looks to make the USD stronger, and put pressure on commodities as Europe goes into depression..

This is my current scenario. But I reserve the right to alter my view should we see some more major "kicking the can" actions by the political/financial elite.
