flagship product, echoRESPONSE Card,(TM) (ERC) an electronic registration system,
and encryption service to Quarterdeck Corporation (Nasdaq: Qdek). echoRESPONSE
Card, offers Quarterdeck an alternative method to their existing paper registration
process and enhances their current telemarketing sales program. Quarterdeck will also
utilize echoMEDIA's interactive advertising on their CD-ROMs, in an effort to
increase their media/distribution plan. This agreement provides both companies with
increased market opportunities as they continue to create cutting edge technology
solutions for the future.
