Krantor has 2,436,115 shs as of 11/3/97 according to 10Q Company is not as good of bargain as previously thought. They are trading at 10 times annualized earnings assuming they make 6 cents a quarter. Compnay is not recognizing G&A expense. They are giving shares to their workers instead. I would not be surprised to see close to 3 million shs by 12/31/97. Happy Trading
