"There has never been even been one shred of evidence for any of the thousands of gods.

That the vast majority of mankind can overlook this fact is truly astonishing."

Astonishing, mind boggling, incomprehensible--truly I run out of words to express my feeling. But clearly you know precisely what I am talking about. It is not as though there were a legitimate polemic over which "god(s)" are phony and which are real! We are in the 21st century with the privilege to look back on all of history through the eyes and minds of thousands of scientists and historians. The origin of all the gods are as transparent and clear in the big picture as how we make cheese or why a plane flies. We don't paste feathers on our shoulders anymore and we need no Icarus myths to tease our ignorance. So why does one single human being who is not severely handicapped plead pitifully to imaginary "fathers" behind the clouds...or otherwise hidden where they can not be seen, but can perhaps be cajoled into some favoritism??

It is really quite disgusting that our feet are on the moon while we stand on our head with our ass in a cave several miles under the earth.
