This is not addressed specifically to David but to all experts here. Many of the POW's are up but I am looking at SEEQ which is about a 1/4 down. Is this a buying opportunity or is there something else? Looking at RECY and RADAF I am tempted to move money from BOSCF to these. Any thoughts? Thanks for your comments in advance.
