I'm glad to see you're sticking with the thread during a difficult time. I have two questions for you:

1. Could you analyze the apparent delay in disclosing the failure of AuRIC assay technique and the subsequent end of that relationship?

This, more than any other factor (yes, including the stock price), has eroded my confidence and trust in management.

2. The disposition of the loan to Namibian Copper is, frankly, suspicious, especially given the involvement of Mr. Doyle in both ventures. Furthermore, the 10Q that disclosed that information was not available to the public until after last week's press release. Should we be concerned with the loss of this much working capital at such a critical point in IPM's development cycle?
