Tonto, Kenneth failed to answer how more income will be earned if the top 1% pays more in taxes. More Federal services will not have to be cut for individuals in the military (people and equipment) and social service programs (medicaid, education etc.) and money and programs sent to the States. Therefore, individuals who are maintained in their employment, retired or receiving benefits will have money to spend on consumers products plus maintain their skill sets and self-esteem in the production or service areas.
