Paul in no way answered my question to Kenneth. Should taxes be raised on only a very small minority, the huge deficit will not go away, nor will it be earmarked for any specific programs. Programs and services must be cut. They can not be supported at this time. The $15,000,000,000,000 of debt is strangling the future and the effort required to manage it is not being spent.
