<<1. Could you analyze the apparent delay in disclosing the failure of AuRIC assay
technique and the subsequent end of that relationship?>>

Hello Peter. The Auric FA could not stand up to 3rd party verification. Likley by Bateman. Bateman had an assay procedure that did work as reported.

The rest here is just my opinion, but I believe IPM wanted to have a verified fire assay before releasing news on their FA work. These assays are very related work so I don't think there is a problem in how this and the timeliness of it was disclosed.

Another point is we should not assume Auric will not be back. There could perhaps be some research done by Bateman and Auric that gets an improved assay. It is posible this is happening as I speak, I don't know. I believe IPM will use any 3rd party that can make a contribution for a reasonable price

In the 10Q I know the relation with Doyle. Could this be compensation for his work? I don't know. I will look into it though. A company is free to invest in anothers stock, I have seen this by lots of junior mining companies and quite often with related directors.

I think the real question is. Is it a good investment? or do we agree with it? Certainly if the company cannot raise funds I may want to see this liquidated, it depends on the arrangemnet I suppose.

I can tell you, that you can't get much better than Doyle for raising money and this is the life and blood of a junior mining exploration play. Untill they get a bankable fesibilty they need $$$
