I didn't know 2*sale meant 2x sales. the question with pega is what are sales? I still find myself very perturbed by the FACTS surrounding FDC. Trefler claims a $49 million commitment (if things go well) with the potential approaching an equal amount. HOWEVER, he said if the deal had a meltdown today they'd get $18 million. Hmmmmm... This is after trying to recognize $5 million in June and $11 million in september. He doesn't even get the first $5 million until December. Then he expects $8 million a year. Yet he just paid $5 million of his $10 million swap in september. This damn transaction is negative cash flow until mid to late next year. They've still got no auditors, but goldman promises Coopers is on the way. Anyone care to do a price to cash flow analysis?
