from the way I was taught and from what I've learned about andrews pitchforks... IMO...the one you presented is not a valid pitchfork the low as drawn is correct, but their must be a corresponding high and low for the move off the pivot point... the one which you have drawn needs to have the previous high.. not the one you've chosen...
