I recently read how Siemens is building a very big fab, and it chose Jenoptik for its SMIF. That might not be a surprise, since both are German companies. I'm interested, though, that Jenoptik penetrated Japan before Asyst, especially considering how Asyst's annual report showed they have a massively dominant market share in SMIF pods.
