frank- i love the deal. i think the MMs are playing with the stock. i mean, if they hated it so much, why did it go up to 21 7/8 yesterday. this is manipulation pure and simple. on the other hand, i did get some DEC 20 calls on the cheap so i dont care. of course, i am deep underwater on the NOV 20s i still own<G>. we sold a bunch yesterday, but as of today...the remaining ones are worth about as much as a dumpster full of hot garbage<G>. yesterdays deal is great for the company. i am not going to worry about it at all. we get access to the technology without having to pay for it, and we get cash to finance expansion. so, IMHO, buy the DEC and JAN calls. good luck to all, trey
