My two cents worth...

I'm constantly amused if not amazed at the banter that goes on in these threads. Everybody has a right to their biases to be sure, but few ever back it up with any meaningful facts or verifiable information. Usually it's nothing more than rumor, innuendo, and good old fashioned spin-doctoring. Take our buddy Scope for example. He can't even put a sentence together without totally disgracing the English language. Hey Scopester, you might want to at least click the Spell Checker before you send your pathetic, useless drab that insults the rest of us that made it through the 8th grade.

In the case of FSCX, this is a stock that's hard to get good info on as there is no legitimate analyst coverage that I am aware of and the company says very little.

What I do know is that their FRAD technology has met the approval of some sizable players in the communications business and the insiders own 13% of the stock. Peter Madsen, the CEO, increased his stake by $310,000 as recently as late September. A total of 115,000 shares(At prices between $5-$7) have been purchased by the 4 top executives since last December. Madsen and two other Senior Executives - Bill Flanagan and Mark Rafferty, are networking veterans that came from Newbridge Networks. While this doesn't necessarily guarantee success, the fact that these guys are placing sizable bets with their own money tells me that patience will probably pay off, and maybe in a big way. I've had good success with small companies whose insiders were aggressive buyers. Keep in mind they only buy for one reason--to make money!
