Talk to D. Milburn today he said they had a meeting with Govt . The delay has been caused by the wholesale cleaning out of the old Dept Personal . It was felt that the old school was not up to needed skill or quality to handle the increase in exploration in the country . Govt reform plan in the works . mineweb.net So it looks like a cluster for sure . Reform is supposed to speed up the process ????? ect . lol The old group came to Vancouver in 2010 and said one of the most likely new miners in the country in the next 3 years is Cosigo ?????????? There is slow and then there is govt . He said that Cosigo will have a news release shortly .
