The analysis shows the wars have cost $1.3 trillion since 9/11, the Bush tax cuts cost $1.7 trillion in lost revenue over a decade, and Medicare Part D costs $369 billion over a decade. The recession has also been a major contributor to the d ebt.

There are people here who will go down to the mat arguing that the bush tax cuts actually created more revenue...they actually believe that these tax cuts reduced the deficit...
