Technically Bennie is not the IMF, even though the US
has the biggest country presence in the fund (about 17%).
Also, the amount rumored seems to greatly exceed IMF
lending capacity. In other words, only the ECB can print
and give to Italy that much. Never mind, it's worth +25 SPOO
