Of course not-I accept that Rick has no knowledge of any smoking guns, and believes his report is well-founded, so I am comfortable that this isn't a scam. In determining which shade of gray to call it, however, he is going to be guided by what he hears form management, and his judgement is going to be affected by what he wants the answer to be. If he was coming to this situation fresh, he might come to a different conclusion, and that makes it hard for me to calibrate what he is saying now.

I don't know how to figure this one out, and I have just about spent as much time as I think is justified trying-this isn't the only stock in the sector.
