Insider ownership and large holders . Canadian Insider shows a total of 32,427,254 shares and warrants between the 2 companies . It is split roughly 14 mill warrants to 18 mill shares . Large insiders such as Jay Taylor , Micheal Berry plus other letter writers who have been mentioned may add another 8 mill . The English connection + Flemming Trust possibly another 4 mill . Stockhouse members another 2.5 mill and recent PP 1 m . ( Jay and his wife M. B. and his son ect. ect . ) Roughly 30 mill in committed longs plus the 14 mill warrants that we know of = 47 - 50 % . These #s are not correct and others have different opinions but it is a base to form an opinion from . On a daily bases you can go here to see daily trades . tmx.com Or a little slower canadianinsider.com Quite frequently a trade will show up on the tmx site and not on Canadian Insider . My take is that it is a large holder who has to list as an insider as they have over 10 % but do not show up as an insider for company specific data . You can also go to the SEDI site . But have never found the Insider Trading page there .
