Cap and Control algos's is all they have to maintain the charade. No degrees of freedom are operational.

Add subtract algos targeting holistic sum values....old in the tooth truths, about the character and nature of our hosts....embarrassing, really embarrassing.

As they are; Affilicted with control freak itis....a disease of mind, that enables the controller to saturate his egotistical self with the temporary certainty contained within his 1 t 2 logical limitations.
